Living room with beige carpet, white furniture, glass coffee table, mounted flat-screen TV, and large windows with white curtains overlooking a backyard with trees and a wooden fence.

‘Fully renovated with modern fittings’.

Each flat, identical in layout, presented similar issues. With a very small budget and timeframe, careful space planning coupled with a full understanding of the structural nature of the buildings allowed us to develop a single design solution which could be applied to all three properties.

New modern kitchen renovation in a rented property with dark cabinets, white countertops, white subway tile backsplash, sink with faucet, stovetop, range hood, energy efficient LED lighting, new insulation, new double glazed windows and doors.

‘Galley kitchen with views to the garden’.

Reconfiguring the internal spaces and upgrading of outdated inefficient bulky services allowed for increased size kitchens. The increased space allows for a versatile layout with plenty of space for storage and preparation.

Small bathroom renovation in rental property with new wall insulation, a wall-mounted sink, a toilet, a mirror, concealed services, grey walls, a small window with blinds, and a chrome towel radiator.

‘Sleek contemporary interiors’.

Compact but functional shower rooms, each room is fully equipped with a range of modern features and built in storage. A wood effect tilled floor finishes the contemporary interior.

A gravel garden in a rented property upgraded with new wooden fence, garden plants along the edges, and trees in the background.
A refurbished rear garden in a rental property with a small grassy lawn, a wooden deck, a brick house on the right, and a brown wooden fence surrounding the yard.

‘Landscaped private gardens’.

Landscaped with natural timber decking and border planting, each garden has had a full transformation and now provide inviting spaces for relaxing. Accessed from the newly installed rear doors the gardens are just one step from the sitting rooms, perfect for BBQ’s.

A rental flat with brick walls and a tiled roof, EPC upgrades and kitchen and bathroom renovations and design drawings

‘Complete renovation to meet current EPC standards’.

Upgraded insulation, heating systems, ventilation and energy efficient windows ensure the required EPC ratings and continued compliance with Government legislation. The upgrades to the building fabric significantly lower the running cost for future tenants.

The end result, three highly energy efficient properties providing a significant uplift in rental value.
