We Provide Temporary Cover & Tailored Short Term Contracts For Architects

The studio was established in 2019 with the sole intent of providing a flexible contract ‘consultancy service’ to Architects in Salisbury and the surrounding area. This remains at the core of our practice.

We work with many other consultants including Architects, Architectural Designers, Building Surveyors, Planning Consultants, Estate Managers, Contractors and Property Developers, supporting their design teams as required. 

We Work With Residential Homes & Larger Commercial Projects

Our service provision ranges from small residential developments, listed and historically important structures, commercial / mixed-use projects, community and Ecclesiastical buildings. We cover all aspects of design and construction at every stage of the RIBA work plan.

Previous experience has included overseeing construction projects from initial client brief through planning, technical design / specification, tender and full contract administration under JCT Minor and Intermediate forms of contract.

We Offer A Drawing & Project Lead Service

Whilst we are generally appointed to provide drawing services, our project management experience is valuable in allowing us to identify potential issues at early stages and plan for avoidance.

We have a base of retained clients who engage us to undertake planning / design and technical work on a regular basis. Others appoint us simply when they have an unexpected work load to manage or to cover temporary staff shortage.

We Work In Both 2D & 3D with AutoCAD & Revit

Depending on your preference, type of project and the nature of the drawings we are able to offer our architectural drawing services using AutoCAD or Revit.

Our ‘Consultancy Portfolio’ has been compiled to demonstrate versatility and breadth of experience, small projects through to large covering various work stages across multiple sectors.

Consultancy work is always a bespoke agreement and varies from practice to practice depending on individual requirements. Project dependent, we can offer hourly or daily rates or, where required, ongoing contracts for extended periods of time.
