We prepared and developed a preliminary set of planning documents to include a 3D model, floor plans, sections and elevations from our client’s sketch scheme suitable for further development by their team and subsequent full planning application submission.

‍Taking the AutoCAD format sketch scheme, we fully modelled the building in Revit both internally and externally, incorporating various design changes as the project progressed.

‍Interim design meetings allowed for monitoring and regular updates keeping the design team fully appraised

‍The model was then adopted as the basis for production of rendered CGI images by a third party.

‍Additional woks included a site ‘context model’ illustrating the basic form of the neighbouring buildings and three new residential houses which formed part of the submission, again in Revit.
