Grade II Listed Church Re-Roofing And Renovation

Location: Hampshire

Designed by: Emma Mullen RIBA SCA AABC, ELM Architects, Architects in Salisbury

Completed: 2025

Works by imj architecture:

We compiled a preliminary set of drawings suitable for tendering window repairs, re-roofing works and general upkeep to the dilapidated elements of this pretty Church.

Taking our client’s sketch plans and the measured survey, we produced a set of proposed ‘general arrangement’ plans and elevations supported with further detailed drawings outlining stonework, glazing and lead repairs to a selection of windows throughout the building.

The construction details required the replacement aisle roofs in Terne coated Stainless Steel sheet roofing, allowing for discreet concealed gutters that would maintain the appearance of the existing historic elevations.

The AutoCAD dwg files were provided to our client for further development into a tender package.
