We were tasked with developing the approved design drawings into a full Building Regulation level package for submission to the Local Authority for sign off and construction.

Following a briefing meeting at the client’s office with the designer and Structural Engineer we were provided with the approved planning drawings, topographic survey and engineering details.

The selection of materials, vaulted ceilings, exposed timbers, site level changes, and cantilevered corner glazing required considered co-ordination to ensure the clean contemporary nature of the design was realised in construction.

AutoCAD dwg files handed over to our client at completion.
